We offer free tracked shipping on every order to all 50 US states.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you place your order and another email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. During peak holiday weeks carriers may need a few extra days, so we recommend ordering gifts early.
Tracking
You can follow your package anytime with the tracking link in your shipping email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
